The Vick was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee drinks were absolutely on point. Service was great, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Around noon, they also have a live jazz performer, which adds such a nice touch to the experience. There should definitely be more places like this. 10/10—highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience at The Vick on Canton for brunch today. We came in genuinely excited because the menu looked great, but this turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. After ordering, our food took well over an hour to arrive. During that entire time, the waiter was largely inattentive and offered almost no meaningful updates. The restaurant was clearly struggling, but what made the situation especially frustrating was the manager’s attitude. Instead of taking responsibility, she constantly made excuses about being short staffed, having a new cook, and the kitchen being too small. Every other table around us appeared to be having similar issues, and multiple tables were receiving discounts because the service was such a disaster. Everyone understands that restaurants can have off days, but professionalism and accountability still matter. Rather than handling the situation with humility, the manager came across as defensive, dismissive, and visibly irritated at customers who were understandably unhappy after waiting over an hour for brunch food. Attended a holiday luncheon and enjoyed the vibe at the Vic. Im picky about shrimp n grits but this dish was perfectly seasoned. This was my first dining visit & I’ll definitely be back in the new year.

Absolutely wonderful experience all around-l!! We came early on a Sunday and were sat right away. We were seated by a beautiful table by the window. Our server was phenomenal. She gave great suggestions and was super attentive. The coffee menu and food menu was so unique! We tried two different breakfast sandwiches and both were incredible. The grits are also excellent! Need to come back and try the rest of the menu! The vibe of this place is also very cool! Highly recommend!

We recently moved to the Alpharetta area and kept hearing about “The Vick” in Roswell—so we had to check it out. Let me tell you, this place is smooth and laid-back in the best way. We came for an early Friday lunch, and everything was on point: great location, outstanding customer service, and the food? Absolute perfection—without breaking the bank. Maj, was wonderful! You can tell she really cares about the company she representing. Check out the photos! We’ll definitely be back, especially when they have live music. Good vibes, great people, delicious food—what more do you need for a perfect start to the weekend?
